We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from M. Anastasiou. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Free In-Store Returns: You can return your item to our store located at 9A Apostolou Varnava, Limassol, Cyprus 3065 for a free exchange or refund.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@mganastasiou.com We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: If your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it at customerservice@mganastasiou.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Additionally, any sealed products cannot be returned once they have been opened, including books. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: Free in-store exchanges are available for items that are in the same condition as shipped.
Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@mganastasiou.com.
