Shipping policy

Order Processing: 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Options:
For simple flat rate shipping, we offer standard shipping for €5 for all orders below €50. For orders above €50, we offer free shipping. However, please note that we only offer shipping within the city limits defined by the courier. If you want your products shipped outside of the city limits, please contact us to arrange delivery via courier or post office.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time within the city limits is 1-3 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for orders above €50.

Local Pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees by selecting free local pickup from our store at 9A Apostolou Varnava, Limassol 3065 Cyprus. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within a few hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM & 3 PM to 6:30 PM on Monday - Friday. If you want to pick up your order on Saturday, please contact us in advance. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.

International Shipping:
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
